The Zoning Board of Appeals is a five member board. Each member is appointed to a 5-year term. See Calendar of Events for meeting times and locations.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a quasi-legal board that hears and rules on appeals from decisions by the Planning Board, Building Inspector or Town Board, depending on the issue. The ZBA also grants Special Use Permits for uses such as private clubs, private schools and churches and may issue variances from various Town codes. Permits are issued from 8:30 a.m. to 4.p.m. daily.

Applications and information regarding appeals or variances may be secured at the Building Inspector's Office.
